The Student Council undertakes many initiatives to become directly involved with issues that affect WSU students, as well as passing legislation for the same. Past successful initiatives have included efforts to improve levels of safety on campus, efforts to improve cleanliness and functionality of campus parking facilities, as well as sponsoring events to enrich the campus experience.
